3 Ways to Handle Exhausting Office Politics - Work It Daily Disregard the political decision, the standoff between President Obama and Governor Romney was nothing contrasted with a portion of the initiative wars I've seen in corporate America. For those of us who have seen firsthand a battle for control over an undertaking, division, or prominent activity, we know this: When the fight is finished and the champ has commended their triumph with supporters, there is an undesirable buildup that must be managed. It resembles an aftereffect, this season's cold virus bug and food contamination all wrapped up into one frightful wanting: to work with the individuals who battled against you. The two sides endure this serious disease, which makes for a moving street to powerful cooperation. Things being what they are, how would you manage depleting workplace issues?
